1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dondo's platform and services (available at www.dondo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are using Dondo on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Dondo provides an AI-powered e-commerce listing optimization platform. Our services include AI-generated product descriptions and titles, listing completeness analysis and scoring, buyer persona generation, Brand DNA (brand voice) configuration, product image analysis and enhancement suggestions, cross-listing across multiple e-commerce platforms, competitor analysis, SEO and AI Engine Optimization (AEO), compliance monitoring, and bulk listing operations. Features are shared across all subscription tiers. The services are provided 'as is' and we continuously improve and update them.
3. Account Terms
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@dondo.com if you suspect unauthorized access. One person or legal entity may maintain multiple accounts only if each is associated with a different e-commerce store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payments and Billing
Paid work is offered in two ways. Ongoing work is the Team plan: a subscription for the Copywriter, Photographer and Social Manager, billed monthly or annually. Annual billing costs ten times the monthly price and covers twelve months. One-off work is a 1-week pass for each expert you choose. A pass is a single, separate payment and does not renew. Prices depend on the plan that covers the number of distinct enabled products across your account, from 20 up to 5,000 products. A product counts once, even when it is enabled in several stores, including agency client stores. Accounts above 5,000 enabled products are priced by separate agreement. The current plans and prices are published on our pricing page. All prices and charges are in US dollars. Before you confirm a purchase or a billing change, we show the amount and the effective date. Upgrades to the Team plan are charged on a prorated basis; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. A pass is not credited toward the Team plan. The Team plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. A pass works for 7 days from verified paid activation, and you have 30 days from activation to approve its work. If you connect a Shopify store, charges for that store are billed through Shopify's billing system. Other payments are processed through our payment provider. Customers on earlier plans keep their existing billing arrangement and agreed prices. Fees are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
Dondo's platform, including its software, algorithms, design, and branding, is owned by Dondo and protected by intellectual property laws. Content generated by Dondo's AI for your product listings is licensed to you for use in your e-commerce operations. You retain ownership of your original product data, images, and store information that you provide to the platform. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Dondo's platform or AI models.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Dondo to generate misleading, false, or deceptive product information, violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, distribute malware or interfere with the platform's infrastructure, scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform for unauthorized purposes, resell or redistribute Dondo's services without authorization, or use the platform in any way that could harm other users or third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you engage in prohibited activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dondo and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dondo in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing it to your e-commerce listings.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@dondo.com. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases and we may delete your account data after 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Dondo shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Dondo operates.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the 'Last updated' date. Continued use of Dondo after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and cancel your account.
