By accessing or using Dondo's platform and services (available at www.dondo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are using Dondo on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

Dondo provides an AI-powered e-commerce listing optimization platform. Our services include AI-generated product descriptions and titles, listing completeness analysis and scoring, buyer persona generation, Brand DNA (brand voice) configuration, product image analysis and enhancement suggestions, cross-listing across multiple e-commerce platforms, competitor analysis, SEO and AI Engine Optimization (AEO), compliance monitoring, and bulk listing operations. Features are shared across all subscription tiers. The services are provided 'as is' and we continuously improve and update them.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support.com if you suspect unauthorized access. One person or legal entity may maintain multiple accounts only if each is associated with a different e-commerce store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Dondo operates on a credit-based system. New accounts receive an initial allocation of free credits. Additional credits are available through paid subscription plans. All features are available on every plan, the differentiators between tiers are the number of credits included and the level of support provided. Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features such as listing optimization, content generation, and analysis. Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles unless specified in your plan. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Dondo's platform, including its software, algorithms, design, and branding, is owned by Dondo and protected by intellectual property laws. Content generated by Dondo's AI for your product listings is licensed to you for use in your e-commerce operations. You retain ownership of your original product data, images, and store information that you provide to the platform. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Dondo's platform or AI models.

You agree not to use Dondo to generate misleading, false, or deceptive product information, violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, distribute malware or interfere with the platform's infrastructure, scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform for unauthorized purposes, resell or redistribute Dondo's services without authorization, or use the platform in any way that could harm other users or third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you engage in prohibited activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dondo and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dondo in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing it to your e-commerce listings.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.com. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases and we may delete your account data after 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Dondo shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Dondo operates.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the 'Last updated' date. Continued use of Dondo after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and cancel your account.
