Who can get the Commerce expert?
It is in beta and available to selected Enterprise users. It is meant for Enterprise stores with more than 5,000 products. Ask about Enterprise beta access and we'll tell you whether it fits.
What does it read?
The orders Dondo can read from the connected store. From them it shows order value, units sold and sales by product.
Does it change anything in the store?
The Commerce expert shows what sold. It does not change prices or listings, and anything Dondo would change waits for your approval.
How is this different from my store's reports?
Your store's own reports stay where they are. The Commerce expert reads the orders Dondo can see in the connected store and shows order value, units sold and sales by product on one screen for you and the team.
