• •Balance Emotion with Elegance: While the brand is rooted in love and family, the language should remain polished. Pair emotional words ("love," "cherish," "moments") with elegant descriptions ("delicate," "exquisite," "crafted") to maintain the brand's sophisticated feel.
• •Create a "Word Bank": Develop a list of on-brand words to use consistently. Use: Delicate, handmade, love, moments, special, cherish, elegant, soft, unique, inspired by, Puerto Rico. Avoid: Cheap, discount, trendy, fashion-forward, sassy, cool. The brand is timeless, not trend-driven.
• •Let the Visuals and Copy Work Together: Ensure the message in the copy is reflected in the image. If the post is about a baptism collection, the photo should be soft and ethereal, and the copy should speak of blessings and special occasions. Consistency between visual and text is key.
• •Focus on "Benefits," Not Just "Features": Instead of just saying "This bow is made of grosgrain ribbon" (a feature), say "This bow is crafted from soft, durable grosgrain ribbon to accompany her on all her adventures without losing its shape" (a benefit). Sell the experience —the memory, the durability, the comfort—not just the product.
